Acclaimed by The New York Times, NEW HUE is a dinner experience series fusing gourmet cuisine, live music, circus arts, immersive video installations, and fire performance. Each episode of New Hue is color themed and seasonally oriented. Every NEW HUE event has its own unique flavor, but they all feature three hours of prix fixe fine dining that surrounds the guests with an ever-changing, 360 panorama of performers, video, music, ambiance, and first class service.

Hors D'Oeuvres

-Salad of local greens, roasted beets and spring violets in a Champagne vinaigrette

-Pan seared sea scallops over fresh linguine, radicchio and basil in a saffron cream
